Key responsibilities
- Care for a growing group of patients with a preceptor
- Attend classroom and simulation days
- Rotate through units to find the area that suits you
- Complete skills check-offs and reflection sessions
- Meet regularly with an educator to review progress
Requirements and qualifications
- A nursing degree completed recently, or due before the start date
- A nursing licence or registration for this country, or eligibility to get one
- Current BLS or the local equivalent
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- A clear interest in learning and feedback
