About us

Our story

A calm, honest place to find your next nursing job

Finding a real nursing job online should not mean scrolling past old posts, copied listings and fees. We built MyNurseDesk so nurses can find checked jobs and clear answers in one place.

Every job comes from an employer’s own careers page and is checked by hand before it goes live. Our career guides explain licensing, pay and interviews in plain English, for nurses in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia.

Checked by handEvery job is checked on the employer’s own site first.
Apply directlyYou apply on the employer’s site, never through us.
Always freeWe never charge nurses, for anything.

Our process

How we check every job

  1. Find it at the sourceWe only list jobs we can find on the employer’s own careers page.
  2. Check the detailsWe check the title, location, licence needed, pay and closing date.
  3. Look for warning signsFees, vague employers or requests for bank details mean the job is not listed.
  4. Keep it freshWe look again regularly and mark jobs as closed when they end.

Our promise

What we will never do

  • Charge nurses to apply or to use the site
  • Sell your email or personal details
  • Post a job we have not checked
  • Act as your recruiter or employer

MyNurseDesk is an independent information and job listing site. We are not an employer, recruiter or licensing body.
