By using mynursedesk.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies.
What we provide
MyNurseDesk lists nursing jobs that we find on employers’ own sites and check by hand, and publishes career guides for nurses. The site is free for nurses. We never charge nurses to apply for a job.
Job listings and applications
We check every job, but always confirm details directly with the employer. We never charge nurses to apply.
When you select Apply, you leave MyNurseDesk and apply on the employer’s site under their own terms. Any job offer, contract or dispute is between you and the employer.
Comments and content you post
Be respectful and stay on topic. Do not post personal details, patient information, spam, advertising or anything unlawful. We check comments before they appear and may edit or remove any comment.
- Never share information that could identify a patient.
- Do not pretend to be an employer, regulator or another person.
- You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to show it on the site.
Things you must not do
- Copy, scrape or resell our job listings or guides in bulk.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Use the site to send spam or to collect other people’s data.
- Post a job or claim to be an employer when you are not.
Our content
The MyNurseDesk name, logo, design and guides belong to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Job descriptions belong to the employers who wrote them.
Limits of responsibility
We provide the site “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, from a job listing, or from a third-party site we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of MyNurseDesk. If you live in a country with its own consumer protection rules, those rules still protect you.
