About the role
In this role, you will speak with patients or members, assess their needs with clear protocols and guide them to the right care. Clear notes and calm conversations matter as much as clinical knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Assess symptoms or care needs by phone, video or secure chat
- Follow triage protocols and escalate urgent cases straight away
- Coordinate follow-up with doctors, pharmacies and care teams
- Teach patients how to manage their medicines and conditions
- Write clear, accurate notes for every contact
Requirements and qualifications
- An active RN licence for the states or regions where patients live
- Two or more years of clinical experience
- Strong typing and computer skills
- A quiet, private workspace and reliable internet
- Clear, kind phone manner
Nice to have
- A multistate licence under the Nurse Licensure Compact
- Case management or triage experience
- Experience with electronic health records
